Feelin' (not so) hot hot hot

Hey guys,

I just woke up from a little nap and I thought it was about time to post my mani. Today I'm wearing OPI - Feelin' Hot Hot Hot, a polish that one of my dear friend brought from the US for me. I don't have any Barbie pink in my collection so I'm pretty happy with this one. The application was perfection, 2 coats to reach opacity.

And to had a little twist to my mani I decided to use of those Sally Hansen Salon Effects real polish strips in Girl Flower that I got in Dionela's giveaway. I've never tried these so I wasn't ready to wear them as a full mani 'cause I was afraid I would ruin them with my shity application. lol

The application turned out quite well and I managed to use only one strip for 2 accent nails. 

Here's the final result:

I love the flower pattern, it's so pretty. I'm definitely going to buy some others in the States ;) (yeah of course we don't have Sally Hansen here... What do we have you may ask ? Well Overpriced OPI and Essie, some Orly if you're lucky and that's about it for american brands...)

Anyway, I'm off now, my lovely sis brought me Orly - Fowl Play and I can't wait to try it any longer ;)

Awesome people must be together !

Hey ladies !

As you might know, an awesome girl has to be with an awesome boy !

As you might know as well, I am an awesome girl (well, at least an awesome sister ...) and I am with an awesome boy !

You don't care about that, right ?!

But as I brought 14 polishes from Berlin to my sister, my boyfriend brought me back 9 polishes from Miami.

Now you agree with me, we're awesome ! XD

Swap - part. 4

Hey there !

Long time no post I know... I'm so sorry about that ! Today I've got for you two more polishes from my swap with Lauren. Both are from Sally Hansen lines. These were extra goodies that Lauren sent me ;)

Let's start with my favorite of the two. This is Sally Hansen Hard as Wraps - Magenta Creme. This is a gorgeous summer color and I think a great pedi color. This was two coats, it was a bit watery though.

The second polish for today is Sally Hansen Maximum Growth plus - Faith. This was also a two coaters. I thought I wouldn't like that color when I first saw the bottle but once on the nails I kinda like it. It has a old fashion feeling to it which is nice in my opinion. I would definitely pick that one when I need to have a more work appropriate polish. I don't think I have something similar in my stash. This is like a dusty old-rose with a hint of orange. It was hard to photograph so maybe you won't be able to see the color but I'm doing my best hehe.
